Every UK order over £100 ships free via tracked, insured courier. Below the threshold: £7 UK, £25 international.
International
We ship worldwide with temperature-validated packaging and customs documentation. Duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging
Discreet outer packaging with insulated inner sleeves and gel packs to maintain cold chain in transit.
Returns
Because of the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened vials. Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced within 14 days at no cost.
