How your order gets from our lab to your bench — and what happens if something goes wrong.
Domestic shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days via tracked, insured courier. Delivery in 2–4 business days across the continental US.
International
We ship to 42 countries with temperature-validated packaging and customs documentation. Duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging
Discreet outer packaging with insulated inner sleeves and gel packs to maintain cold chain in transit.
Returns
Because of the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened vials. Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced within 14 days at no cost.
